This is an area of your budget where you could probably save a little money and still be entertained. There are a lot of free movies and tv shows out there. For example, Roku TVs have a lot of free apps with a lot of tv and movies to watch. I'm not endorsing any platform, I'm just giving examples from what I am familiar with. These free apps and services do not usually have newer movies and tv, however, there is a lot to keep anyone entertained.

For newer stuff, there are several streaming services that can be purchased for a monthly or yearly fee. Have a discussion with your kids about what they like to watch. Then look at the different platforms and see if they have what you and they like. Note the prices and see if they think the prices are reasonable. Add up the monthly or yearly amounts for all the services you and the kids are interested in, whether you already subscribe to them or not. It might be a lot, or easily within your budget. To save some money, some people rotate their streaming services every few months. This way you can still see the movies and tv you want without paying for all of the services all of the time. Rotating your streaming services takes a little bit of time and effort, that's up to you if you feel it's worth it.
